I'm Julien de Falbaire, a 24-year-old Mauritian who has lived and breathed the ocean since I was 5. Whether it's kitesurfing, surfing, waterskiing, or offshore fishing, being on the water is where I belong. After wrapping up my Baccalaureate, I spent 6 months in the Finnish army—which gave me a solid dose of discipline and teamwork—before turning my passion into a job as a kiteboarding instructor for the past 5 years. I also spent a fantastic year working in hospitality over in Australia, which helped me hone my guest-first, dynamic service skills. I’m a fun, spontaneous, and positive guy to have on board, bringing genuine enthusiasm, certified powerboat experience, and a real love for the sea to every crew I join
